The Rolls-Royce SMR - the UK’s first domestic nuclear technology in over a generation - is a solution to a global energy crisis. Each small modular reactor (SMR) will produce enough stable, affordable, emission-free energy to power a million homes for at least 60 years.
The Rolls-Royce SMR is a radically new approach to deploying proven nuclear technology, applying a manufacturing philosophy to its fabrication and assembly. This unique ‘factory-built’ approach is the fastest and cheapest way to get new nuclear on the grid - helping meet global net zero ambitions, increasing energy security and further reducing reliance on imported hydrocarbons.
Our people are our greatest asset. We are committed to ensuring that our diverse teams reflect the communities we serve and that everyone can be themselves at work.
